My birthday which falls on the Winter solstice, 21st December, is also the shortest day or longest night of the year, from now on days are getting longer. 🥳

What a year we've all had but that's stating the obvious. I guess what we all need to remind ourselves when we feel down or particularly affected by the crap life can at times throw at us is that there is ALWAYS someone worse off. Someone suffering physical or psychological pain one could not imagine.

On that note... lets bloody celebrate life. ✌
