Timelapse Photography
I've been creating a range of timelapses and have seen this technique grow in popularity over the years. From TV documentaries and adverts, to being used in digital marketing campaigns, for digital displays, websites and capturing events, the list is endless.
Anyone can shoot a timelapse with their phone. This is where I come in with a range of ideas and technique simply not possible to reproduce at the single push of a button. This includes ultra-dynamic robotic 3 axis motion controlled timelapses.
I’m often contacted for commissions since this is a perfect way to show any long drawn process or activity such as construction timelapse, graffiti mural timelapse, shop window display timelapse, crowds in a shopping street or the buzz of any location but also ideal to capture the passing clouds over a specific location.
Curiosity is what fuels my passion. In my never ending quest to create fresh and exciting photography I naturally fell in love with this technique and the possibility of incorporating it in the photo & video crossovers (aka cinemagraphs) I produce.
These seamless and perfectly looping videos I create are ideal for social media and website backgrounds as I blend perfectly the end and beginning to avoid what commonly seen online: A jump when the video reaches the end and goes to the start.
A timelapse grabs people's attention immediately on social media and this is why it is often chosen by my clients as part of their video content marketing strategy.
